6 Weeks 2B Strong Program
This 6 week workout program is meant to help get you back into a fitness routine if you’ve taken some time off OR something new to try to switch up your exercise routine and prevent plateaus!
All you need is a set of dumbbells and you are good to go! Each workout is designed to effectively get you sweatin’ AND save you time by lasting approximately 30 minutes.
Mondays & Wednesdays: Upper and Lower Body Strength focused
Tuesdays & Thursdays: Cardio-focused (Running/Walking OR Interval Tabata routines)
Fridays: Yoga/stretching video with Annie
Group Chat: Talk to fellow 6 Weeks 2B Strong Program members in the private app chat group for extra motivation and accountability.
One time payment of $125

Here's what you get
5 Weekly Workouts
All workouts take approximately 30 minutes to complete and are designed for all fitness levels! Each workout only requires dumbbells and can be done at home or in the gym. All exercises come with demo videos to ensure that you perform each movement properly.
Dare 2B Strong Meal Plan
The workout plan is supplemented with a weekly meal plan that includes recipe ideas for breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner. It even includes a grocery list to make it as simple and convenient as possible for you!
In-App Group Chat
Let’s be real – sticking to a workout routine can be very challenging when we all lead busy lives. Connect with other 6 Weeks 2B Strong members to encourage each other, share recipe ideas, and hold each other accountable!

What's after the 6 weeks?
Once you complete the 6 Weeks 2 STRONG program you will be offered my exclusive STRONG Monthly Membership. This includes weekly exercises as described below with progressive modifications at the end of each 4 week phase. This style of training is one of the best ways to ensure that you are consistently progressing towards your goals month after month.
The only equipment needed is a set of dumbbells! All workouts are approximately 30 minutes long, including a warm-up and cool-down.
