This 7 Day Trial of Online Training & Nutrition Coaching is FREE and no commitment necessary. I will guide you through the proper movements for each 30 minute workout, that you can do at home with minimal equipment. I will also help you understand how to properly fuel your body for health and fitness.
As a coach, I will motivate you to complete your goals for each day to get you started on the path towards your personal health and fitness goals.
Here's What You Get
5 Daily Workouts (30 minutes each)
Each workout can be done at home or at the gym, with a set of dumbbells.
Monday & Wednesday: Strength
Tuesday & Thursday: Cardio
Friday: Active Recovery
*Note: the app allows you the freedom to re-schedule the workouts on the days that you prefer!
SAMPLE MEAL PLAN
A sample meal plan with a variety of healthy meals and snacks for each day will be provided as a guide. It also includes a grocery list to make your life easier!
The app also links with food tracking programs such as MyFitnessPal for easy calorie and macronutrient tracking!
Phone Call Coaching Session
Easily setup a time to discuss your personal goals, where I will help you identify what is holding you back from achieving those goals.
Messaging in the app includes 24/7 access to a certified personal trainer for any questions you might have during the 7 days.
Custom Goal Setting and Accountability
I will set up at least 3 goals for you and check in on you throughout the week to make sure you are hitting those goals.
These goals can include drinking a certain amount of water per day, getting adequate sleep, taking a walk every morning, etc.
